Our ambition is to offer you a sincere cuisine rooted in the seasons, authentic but modern, privileging local producers who love their profession.
We cook the products of our terroir daily and have, among other things, selected some producers to respect the short circuits.
Do you know that a majority of our dishes are prepared on the grill for better control of cooking with little added fat?
The wines are selected by bettane + desseauve and members of the Mercure wine club. We also offer regional wines.
For you to discover them we have planned several sizes of glasses and flasks ....
So, nothing more simple, select your wine, the desired quantity and you're done!
